ALS Inspections, LLC grew from Alvin Smith’s interest in real estate and his love of working closely with people from all backgrounds. Smith founded ALS Inspections, LLC in 2002, and with over 2,000 completed inspections, he still enjoys educating customers, especially first-time homebuyers, about their properties and helping them make an informed decision regarding a possible lifelong investment. From homebuyers to investors, whether local or out-of-state, Alvin Smith is the experienced inspector you need with the accreditation and training to give you the highest quality inspection the industry has to offer.

Alvin Smith is trained by the Georgia Institute for Home Inspectors and Kaplan Home Inspection Training, the top home inspection training school in the nation, and he has over 14 years of inspection industry experience. He is fully licensed, bonded and general liability insured. Smith is a certified member of the distinguished American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the most respected professional association for home inspectors in North America, and adheres to the organization’s strict Standards of Practice and their Code of Ethics.

Additionally, he is certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the International Code Council (ICC), member #5166769-R5. ALS Inspections, LLC is also an affiliate of the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA), a respected non-profit, community advocacy and homeownership organization that builds strong, healthy neighborhoods in urban and rural areas nationwide.
